You agree that all material uploaded to ismysonggood.com is yours exclusively or that you have an agreement with the copyright owner(s) to make the material publicly available. If ismysonggood.com finds any material in breach of United States copyright law, it will be immediately taken down. This includes any samples used in a song that have not been cleared by the copyright holder for the purpose of public dissemination. Although ismysonggood.com could be considered an educational site, we do not profess to claim any fair use rights for any songs on the site. For that reason you must agree to

ismysonggood.com has no interest in your copyright unless explicitly assigned through a separate agreement. ismysonggood.com does need the non-exclusive right to stream the song for review as well as promotion.
ismysonggood.com makes no representation or promise that it can get commercial exploitation for any given song. ismysonggood.com is a promotional and educational website, and while we try to broker deals, including, but not limited to, publishing, sync rights, content distribution, sponsorship, and/or merchandising, we can not guarantee any such deals.
Each songwriter agrees to indemnify ismysonggood.com on a joint and several basis in respect of any loss, costs or damage ismysonggood.com may suffer as a result of a breach or threatened breach of any provision of this Agreement or of any warranties or representations made by you on your own behalf or on behalf of the Songwriter.
These terms and conditions contained in this Agreement are in addition to the terms and conditions and privacy policy which apply to the Website as a whole.
Nothing contained in this Agreement shall create a partnership or joint venture between the Songwriter and ismysonggood.com. United States law will apply and if there is a dispute which cannot be settled and either party wishes to take the matter to court it must do so in the United States in the jurisdiction of the state of Nevada. Any notice required to be given to ismysonggood.com should be in writing and sent to its office at
2165 East Windmill #364, Las Vegas, NV, 89123 marked for the attention of the Company
Secretary. Any notice to be given to the Songwriter should be sent by email to the email address provided by you on behalf of the Songwriter and you and the Songwriter also consent to service of legal proceedings by email.
Amendments
We may update these Terms and Conditions (or any other terms and conditions relevant to specific areas of the Website) from time to time for legal or regulatory reasons or to allow the proper operation of the
Website. Any changes will be notified to you via the e-mail address provided by you on registration or via a suitable announcement on the Website. The changes will apply to the use of the Website after we
have given notice. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms and Conditions you should not continue to use the Website. If you continue to use the Website after the date on which the change comes into
effect, your use of the Website indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms and Conditions.
