"Groove 1"

This is a good start to either a smooth jazz track or some soundtrack music.

 My big concern is that the levels seem way hot. The guitar is digitally distoriting as opposed to good old fashioned guitar distortion.

Since this is a work in progress, I will wait until the final version, but melodically and harmonically, it hits the mark.
